If one or more of the items you ordered are not to your liking for whatever reason, they may be returned within the exchange period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
We would like to request you to pre-register a return shipment with us. This can be done by clicking the button below or in the shipping confirmation email, or you can scan the QR code on the enclosed order/return form. If this does not work for you, fill in the reason for return on the enclosed order/return form.
The items must be returned undamaged, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Put the items together with the order/return form in a good box, seal it and provide the box with the supplied return sticker.
You can drop off the box at a PostNL point. When you return the goods via a PostNL point with our return sticker, you do not have to pay anything for the return, but a fixed contribution towards the return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The contribution to the return costs is:
- within the Netherlands € 5.00
- for the countries in the EUR1 zone € 7.50 *1)
- for the countries in the EUR2 and EUR3 zone € 10.00 *1)

After receipt of your return, the amount to be refunded will be transferred to you as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks. We use the payment method chosen by you for this. For example, a credit card payment will be refunded to your credit card.
